First visit

Arrive knowing what will happen.

Before you arrive

You will receive a confirmation with time, entrance notes and who you are likely to meet. If you are anxious, say so on the form — we will put it on the appointment, not in a public waiting-room announcement.

What to bring

  • A form of identification if you are new to the studio
  • A list of medicines you take (names only — we do not collect a full medical history in this demonstration)
  • Any recent dental radiographs on a disc or in an email, if you have them
  • Questions, written down if that helps

How long to reserve

A first visit is usually about an hour. Hygiene on the same day needs more time. Urgent pain visits are shorter and more focused.

Anxiety and accessibility

Tell us about needles, sound, language, mobility or anything else that would make the visit harder. We can adapt the room and the pace. We cannot promise that dentistry will feel like nothing.

Examination and imaging

We look first. Imaging is explained before it happens. You can decline a radiograph; we will tell you what we then cannot know.

The treatment plan

You receive a written outline: what we found, what we suggest, what can wait, and what we would like to see again. Elective work is not started the same hour unless you ask.

Payment and insurance

Fees, insurance partners and public-reimbursement rules belong to the live clinic. This demonstration does not list prices. A client site should publish its real payment methods here.

If you are in pain

Request an emergency consultation during opening hours. For rapidly spreading swelling, fever or trauma, use emergency medical services. This template does not operate a real out-of-hours line.

  1. 01

    Tell us what you need

Pain, a check-up, a question about aligners — name it. Anxiety counts as information.

  2. 02

    Meet your clinician

You will know who is in the room before anything begins.

  3. 03

    Understand the complete picture

Examination, and imaging if it helps. We show you what we see.

  4. 04

    Receive a clear treatment plan

What is urgent, what is useful, what can wait — written down.

  5. 05

    Decide in your own time

Elective work is never a same-day requirement. Take the plan home.

Questions

Say so. We will not scold you. The first visit is to understand the present, not to audit the past.
